A Welcome From Our Pastor

Welcome to our website!

We are glad for whatever reason you have decided to learn more about First Baptist Cramerton!

We have a vibrant and healthy church that is excited about our role in Christ's Kingdom today. If you visit our church you will hear hymns sung for generations and modern choruses that acknowledge that God is still moving and inspiring his people. We also have experienced and gifted staff! Reverend Andy Holland is our Associate Pastor who leads our music and works in discipleship. Lydia Julen is our Youth and Children's minister and brings experience and spiritual creativity to our youth and children's ministry.

Our church is 107 years old and survived the Depression and numerous economic downturns. Our sanctuary witnessed funerals for soldiers that fell in World War II, hundreds of weddings and thousands of baptisms and decisions for Christ. We have a strong foundation of commitment to Christ that has allowed us to transcend difficult times.

Our church is one that promotes participation by all in the worship and opportunities for growth through Sunday School, small groups and short term discipleship and spiritual growth workshops. We have mission projects that range from Samaritan’s Purse Christmas boxes to regularly feeding the homebound and feeding needy children through the Back Pack food program. We have also restored almost the entire facility through our Restoration campaigns and we are now debt free and very excited about the opportunities that await us.

Cramerton is growing and First Baptist has always been a part of the spiritual life of our town. We are excited to see the plans God has for us in the coming months and years, perhaps you would like to walk with us in our journey!

Grace to you!
